It was a lively and inspiring moment as members of St. Joseph Anglican Church, Prampram, took to the streets in a health walk and evangelism float, combining physical fitness with the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The event was organized by the Evangelism and Prayer Committee under the leadership of Mr. Charles Ansah. With placards, fliers, and other evangelistic materials, the faithful spread the message of salvation across the Prampram township.

The procession began at the Ningo Roundabout, moved through Mandela Road, continued past the Water Works, and concluded at the church premises, where participants engaged in an energetic aerobics session.

The Parish Priest, the Venerable Frederick Ayitey Larmie, together with his assistant, Rev’d Fr. Isaac Osae Addo, joined the float, leading by example in both the spiritual and physical exercise. The presence of clergy alongside parishioners added to the sense of unity and shared mission.

Children also played an active role in the outreach, reminding all of the biblical teaching: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Their joyful participation demonstrated the importance of nurturing young ones in both faith and community life.

The day was marked not only by exercise and fellowship but also by a renewed commitment to the Great Commission—sharing the love of Christ beyond the church walls and into the heart of the community.
